About Us

Guitarsmith has a vast experience with many guitars over the years, and have developed expert knowledge in the guitars we carry and beyond. Guitarsmith was founded by Olly Smith who has been collecting guitars from a young age and has had a diverse career in music, playing in bands, touring and promoting concerts.

Olly has had a lifelong passion for collecting guitars and in founding Guitarsmith in Hamburg Germany, his dream of having a guitar shop came true. The shop specialises in used, rare and desirable instruments. The philosophy behind the company is that we only deal in the instruments and gear worthy of the stage with an undeniable rock ‘n’ roll attitude and sound. We hope you like what we have to offer and hopefully you will find the next bit of gear that will bring you a special bit of musical mojo!

We have a reputation for being the place to find cool guitars. All our stock is ready for immediate dispatch worldwide and are fully tracked and insured. We pack professionally and securely to ensure your order gets to you with the utmost care.
